Broadcast: ‘Mulville and Fry savage TV’s compliance culture’

In a report on the Compliance – v- Risk session at the Edinburgh TV Festival execs were reported as backing ”calls by Jan Tomalin, the former Channel 4 lawyer, who now works at the Media Law Consultancy, for broadcasters to push the envelope with compliance instead of habitually erring on the side of caution.”
